1 - ZUMBA GOLD
Come join our low impact dance class. Half the class is taught standing, the rest from a chair, so you alter your intensity level. We use oldies music!
- Mon. & Fri. from 12:45-1:45 PM. First class always free then $6/class

2 - ADULT SLOW FLOW VINYASA YOGA
Come join this all levels class. A slow flow is a Vinyasa class where each pose flows into the next seamlessly using your breath. We will work on poses that can be easily modified for every level. No 2 classes are the same! You will leave the class feeling lighter and with looser muscles!
Every Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30pm. First class if free then $9 drop in and $42 for a 6 class pass. Bring your own mat!
